A woman was fatally struck by a car after she ran out on a freeway in Mississippi to try to retrieve her phone after he flew out her vehicle window during a Facebook Live she was filming.
The Jackson Police Department is investigating the incident involving 26-year-old Ashlee Sims, which took place at around 9pm on Tuesday night.
Sims had been singing in the car as she filmed the Facebook Live, riding on I-55 South near Briarwood Drive, WJTV reports.
